Another benefit is that you were able to refer back to the recorded class for any given step in case you forgot some, which you wouldn't be able to do if you were taking the class in person.

I was skeptical about this online course at first, but after taking it, I can say without a doubt that it was actually very helpful. I saw that I wasn't as stressed out compared to last semester. The online course is especially great because it can be done anywhere and is easy to complete. The exercises were sometimes very long though. Overall I am looking forward to continuing these exercises and hopefully they will impact my life much more.
